Thanks to a rifling on the outer surface and a consistent diameter, Rigatoni are present on every table and used in many successful recipes. Made with semi integral durum wheat Senatore Cappelli granulated, stone pressed and bronze wire drawing with a slow drying process, they are ideal for retaining the seasoning, giving back every shade of flavour. They are usually used with meat sauce, exalting and enhancing it.
