The aim is to produce healthier food, with a balanced nutritional content and not modified by interventions with non-natural substances.

The constant commitment of the workforce and the love for their work, have led to the creation of this new line of products completely organic. The techniques we use are aimed at maintaining fertility and promoting the biological defense of plants such as: agrarian rotations, low-aggressive soil tillage, the use of natural fertilizers as well as for crop protection and the choice of the right variety according to the environment.
In the company we process only carefully selected organic raw materials, partly self-produced, through natural processing techniques that preserve the quality of the finished products.
